• CONTENT

  • You understand that Ads on Seekr.ae are posted by users you may be exposed to content that are offensive, inaccurate, misleading. We don't guarantee accuracy and authencity of ad posted by users. You must use diligence to evaluate the accuracy and authencity of listings.
  • And you agree under no circumstances will Seekr is liable in any way for Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content listed or otherwise made available via the Service.
  • You understand we do not prescreen any ad listing. We may screen ads listing, Ad images if any of the user report the ad as Scam, Spam, Vulgar, Copyright violation. If premlinary investigation suggest a particular ad is violation of terms of use of Seekr then we will have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content Any ads that contain profanity, sexual content, and/or promotion of unethical or illegal products and/or services. Seekr reserves the right to decide whether Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms for violations.
  • Copy right infrindement is strictly prohibited in posted content. Seekr will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Further Seekr will have right to temrinate the membership of such users.
  • Seekr.ae does not participate in and is not party to any ad transactions. Therefore Seekr expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user Content.
  • All transactions conducted on Seekr must be consistent with any and all applicable laws of the UAE and with the terms of use contained herein. Sellers and buyers are responsible for researching and complying with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on items, services or manner of sale or exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate.
  • You are solely  responsible for your own listing and all Content that you upload, email or otherwise make available via the Service. In connection with Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service by you, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use. You also hereby grant each user of the Seekr website a non-exclusive permission  to access your Content through the website. The permission can terminated by deleting the Ad.

• Conduct

  You agree not to post Ad, or otherwise make available Content:
  • that is against UAE law.
  • That infringes on any patent, copyright or intellectual property rights;
  • that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic,  invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way;
  • that hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity.
  • that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Seekr employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
  • that is false, misleading, misinformative
  • Spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any unsolicited commercial advertisement;
  • Emailing to Seekr users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests;
  • posting in areas or categories of the Seekr  sites which are not designated for such purposes;
  • Posting links to commercial services or web sites, except as required.
  • to advertise any illegal services or the sale of item which is illegal under the laws of the United Arab Emirates;
  • that contains viruses or any other programming code, files or programs designed to interrupt the funcationality of the website.
  • that disrupts the normal flow of by sending excessive number of messages
  • that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.
• Additionally, you agree not to:
  • contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
  • Post non-local or irrelevant content;
  • Post the same service multiple tines or in more than two categories;
  • Retrieve personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
  • use automated means to download data from the Service - exception is made for internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives .
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Seekr server.

• Notification of claims of infringements
